Terms of Giveaway Contest

1. By providing the information, I consent to allow Mummys Market and its associated persons/organisations, its and their third party, its and their third party service providers and its and their representatives, whether within or outside Singapore to collect, use, disclose, store, retain and/or process all personal data and information (“Personal Data”) that had/has been provided to Mummys Market and its associated partners possess about me (whether from me or a third party) for the purposes of conducting consumer, marketing related or other similar research and analysis and to provide marketing and promotional information relating to existing or future products and/or services, by the following modes of communication where I have indicated my consent below:

6. All entrants will be notified to collect their Free Customisable Romper within 30 days of announcement by Mummys Market AND/OR its associated partners . The Organiser reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed Free Customisable Romper in any manner it deems fit.
7. Entrants must be an expecting mother or mothers with a newborn baby up to 6 months upon registration.
8. Each mother can ONLY register for one Free Customisable Romper and must satisfy the eligibility requirement at the point of registration.
9. Duplicate registration, inaccurate, or incomplete registration will be voided and will not be entertained.
10. Entrants for Free Customisable Romper must be Singapore citizens, PR, expats working or residing in Singapore with a minimum age of 18.
11. Your physical NRIC/Passport will NOT be retained.
12. Giveaways hosted on Pregnancy&Baby will be governed by these standard Terms and Conditions, and accompanying Terms for Giveaway (collectively the “Terms”).
13. By signing up, you agree in allowing authorized Mummys Market partners to arrange collection of this item and conduct a short consultation after. Our associated partners may include but not limited to insurance agents, cord blood banking companies and etc.Each entrant agrees that by her participation in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
14. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with these Terms.
15. Incomplete and incorrect entries or any entry that violates the Terms or rules for entry, will automatically be disqualified.
16. Entrant of this campaign will be contacted via Mobile for collection of the Free Customisable Romper if valid entries are received. The Organiser will not accept any responsibility for Mobile messages lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered.
17. The Free Customisable Romper is as stated and is non-transferable and not-for-sale. No cash alternatives will be offered. If due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, the Organiser is unable to provide the stated Prize or any part thereof, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value, to be determined at the Organisers’ sole discretion.
